The therapy process: 
The beginning

You show up, willing to honestly explore and narrate your life experience with me. I am an artful and focused listener, firmly providing you with a reliable, safe place for your therapy process. Together, we establish our alliance. Your trust with my trust. You set goals.

The middle

Talking out your story with me brings insight. Links and connections are made to emotions that want and need to be freed. You give yourself permission to feel and express the validity of all your parts. A natural process of growth unfolds, safely and at a pace you determine for yourself.

The ending

Next, your therapy focuses on making new choices about how to be with yourself and others. You learn new ways of coping with every day life. With my support of your healthy self, you become empowered to implement this new self-knowledge and create your future life narrative. You experience graceful moments of growth and change you might not even have yet dreamed.
